Is Trackk a finished coaching product?
No. Recording and movement review are the foundation being developed. Automated coaching and dependable movement detection are research goals, not promised launch features.
What will be in the Founder kit?
Each base set includes 3 sensors, 3 mounts, 1 charging cable, 3 dust plugs, and 3 × 3M adhesive pads. Choose one, two or three sets shipped together. See the app installation page for current software access.
When will it ship?
The snow-user dispatch target is December 1, 2026. Production and packaging depend on successful validation. MTB timing depends on mount approval and supplier lead times. There is no verified arrival date.
Does buying require sharing my rides for research?
Regular purchases do not require data sharing. To join the Founder member campaign, select the separate recorded-data and promotional-email choices when creating your account, then verify your email. Neither choice is preselected. You can change your preferences later.
Do I need a new account?
Trackk already has its own account system. You will not need a separate Founder login. Existing riders can open their Trackk account.
Can I order now? What about refunds?
Order through secure Stripe checkout. Invitation-priced Founder sets are final sale, subject to your statutory rights, with a one-year hardware warranty from dispatch. Shipping is included; international import charges may apply separately.
